WWE is casting an extensive net across the European independent scene as it hosts a major tryout in London this week. Following the momentum of WrestleMania 42, the company has invited a diverse group of established international standouts and rising prospects to the O2 Arena’s training facilities. This latest talent search is being viewed as a significant step in rebuilding the international pipeline for NXT, with scouts specifically looking for performers who can bridge the gap between regional stardom and the global WWE stage.

The list of attendees is headlined by several high-profile names from the United Kingdom and across the continent. Welsh standout Leon Cage and his tag team partner Tommy Vril are among the most talked-about invitees, both having recently built substantial momentum through their work with RevPro. Joining them from the English circuit are Daz Black, a two-time ICW Zero-G Champion with nearly a decade of experience, and Maddy Morgan, who recently completed a significant tour with the Japanese promotion Marigold. Scotland’s Angel Hayze, another Marigold alumna, has also confirmed her participation, bringing a wealth of experience from ICW and PBW.

The search extends well beyond the British Isles, featuring several prominent European champions. Hungary is well-represented by Peter Tihanyi, a two-time wXw Unified World Wrestling Champion, and the reigning wXw European Champion Zoltan. Other notable names include France’s APC Champion Kuro, Denmark’s Madison Marley—who has been competing internationally with BodySlam Pro—and Italy’s Renzo Rose. Additionally, Ireland’s Cian Noonan, the current NLW Cruiserweight Champion, and Netherlands’ standout Brandon Bandz are present, showcasing the depth of talent currently available in the European market.

While the focus remains largely on established wrestlers, WWE’s recruitment strategy continues to include high-level athletes from other disciplines. Among the attendees are several domestic sports figures, including standout rugby players and combat sports athletes looking to make the transition to professional wrestling. As the three-day camp concludes, the industry is closely watching to see which of these names will earn a developmental contract and begin their journey at the Performance Center in Orlando, potentially serving as the foundation for a revitalized NXT Europe project.
