Liviyah Signs with NWA, Big Push Coming

The National Wrestling Alliance has officially locked down one of the independent circuit's fastest-rising young stars. On May 20, 2026, the NWA confirmed via social media that 19-year-old standout Liviyah has signed an exclusive contract with the promotion, following an initial report by Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select.

The signing marks a major milestone for Liviyah, who only made her professional wrestling debut in December 2023. Despite her brief time in the business, she quickly established herself as a top-tier prospect through standout performances in the northeastern independent scene. She has spent the last two years generating considerable buzz as a regular competitor for Beyond Wrestling, Limitless, and Wrestling Open—where she is currently scheduled to compete in the upcoming tournament to crown the first-ever Wrestling Open Women's Champion in Worcester, Massachusetts.

The NWA front office had already been keeping a close eye on the young powerhouse before making the contract official. Liviyah was brought in for the promotion's extensive television tapings in February, where management immediately threw her into the deep end. During those tapings, she showcased her hard-hitting style in high-profile title matches, challenging both Natalia Markova for the NWA World Women's Championship and Max the Impaler for the NWA World Women's Television Title on recent episodes of NWA Powerrr.

By securing Liviyah to a long-term deal, NWA President Billy Corgan continues his strategy of blending seasoned veterans with fresh, explosive talent. The NWA women's division, historically anchored by the prestigious Burke championship, is widely considered one of the most competitive spaces in the company. Adding a highly athletic, 19-year-old powerhouse gives the roster a long-term building block as the promotion navigates its current broadcast era.

Fans will not have to wait long to see more of the new signee. The NWA's official statement confirmed that Liviyah is fully integrated into the new era of NWA Powerrr, which currently airs free every Saturday at 4:00 PM ET on Comet TV. With her contract finalized and her televised title pursuits already under her belt, Liviyah is positioned to be a focal point of the division heading into the summer touring season.
